Royal Road Minerals Limited (CVE:RYR) said Roderick Corrie, former finance chief at Lydian International Ltd, has become CFO at the company.
Also, Ivan Devia, formerly Royal Road's vice-president of operations, becomes chief operating officer (COO), overseeing exploration and development in Colombia and Nicaragua.
Jenny Arias continues her role as vice-president of responsible development but with her main focus now the firm's operations in Narino province of southern Colombia.

"Roderick will bring invaluable financial experience and his characteristic infectious energy to the company.
"The company has made recent advances across all of its operations, our management team is now better positioned to continue this progress and ensure that we meet the high corporate standards we expect, and the performance standards we have committed to, in regards to environmental stewardship and social responsibility in the highly prospective Narino province of southern Colombia."
Corrie, a Cambridge University graduate, is an associate of the Chartered Institute of Banking, and has held executive and non-executive roles in a wealth of sectors, including corporate finance, strategic advice, TV advertising, financial services, mineral exploration and development, investment, and manufacturing.
Previously, Devia spent six years with B2 Gold Colombia as health, safety and security manager and, before that, was operations and security centre manager for AngloGold-Ashanti in Colombia.
Ms. Arias is an environmental and social specialist from Narino province, Colombia, where she has worked with local government, non-governmental organisations and indigenous authorities in the region.
