Micron Waste Technologies Inc (CSE:MWM) (OTCMKTS:MICWF) is changing its name to Beyond Medical Technologies Inc, the company announced Thursday.
The company's common shares will begin trading on the Canadian Securities Exchange on January 12 under the new name and the trading symbol DOCT. The share capital of the company remains unchanged.

Additionally, Micron has granted an aggregate of 1.5 million stock options to directors, officers and employees of the company, as part of its stock option plan. The options are exercisable at an exercise price of C$0.125 per share for a period of two years.
Micron Waste Technologies is an industrial/technology company with a manufacturing facility located in Delta, British Columbia, which is currently developing its Organivore and Pharmavore waste digesters using its proprietary technology.
The company previously announced that its Vancouver-based Micron Technologies subsidiary had shipped its first order of three-ply medical grade face masks to a lower mainland British Columbia municipality and has submitted bids to provincial government tenders.
