Building a new generation gaming group through acquisitions, partnerships, and organic growth.
We’re building a new generation gaming group through acquisition and organic growth. We leverage the strengths of our existing companies with those that we acquire to create synergies.
The acquisition of Oryx is the first step on the road to the creation of a new global gaming group. We plan to follow this with other acquisitions in the gaming sector as we position Bragg Gaming Group as a next generation gaming company.

Givemesport has a bigger following on Facebook than ESPN and Sky Sports.
The new GIVEMEBET site will utilize GMS to grow its audience with a focus and interest in the different gaming sectors. We will start with sports betting but evolve into other areas too such as casino, esports, poker and so on. Some platform and software will be provided by Oryx, sports by SBTech with a separate agreement with Argyll, who holds a UK betting license to operate the site.
