Big picture - Why invest in 92 Resources Corp
92 Resources Corp Snapshot
The Corvette Property was acquired as part of a three-property land package agreement recently completed by the Company (see news releases dated September 21st, 2017). The Property consists of 76 claims for total of 3,891 hectares and was acquired for its lithium potential, and as a complementary asset to the Company’s flagship Hidden Lake Project in the Northwest Territories.
THE HIDDEN LAKE PROJECT
At Hidden Lake, the LU#12 pegmatite was mapped and sampled over an approximate exposure that measures 10 by 300 meters. Seven samples were collected from surface trenches, and contained between 1.37 and 3.01% Li2O. The very high grades of lithium were attributed to observed concentrations of coarse-grained spodumene. Crystals up to 36 inches long were noted, with visual estimates across the dyke(s) in some places of 20 to 35%.
THE GOLDEN FRAC SAND PROJECT
is located approximately 5 km from Golden, BC, Canada. With March 13, 2017’s increased land position 92 Resources’ total land holdings is 3,212 hectares. The Property hosts excellent infrastructure with ranch and logging roads present throughout the area, and railhead access in Golden. The Property covers more than 18 km strike length of the Mount Wilson Formation where high-grade silica has been confirmed from samples collected in 2014. The four samples collected average 98.6% SiO2 to peak of 99% SiO2, with low boron (~10 ppm), and low iron (0.28%). Preliminary testing on these samples indicates favourable frac sand characteristics, as well as metallurgical grade silica potential. The Property is immediately adjacent to the producing Mount Moberly Silica Mine, operated by Heemskirk Canada Ltd, which is currently undergoing a redevelopment towards frac sand production, with commercial operation targeted for the second half of 2017. Recently, in February 2017, Heemskirk was subject to a takeover bid by Northern Silica Corporation. The total transaction is valued at greater than $42.3 million ASD.
THE EASTMAIN PROJECT
The Eastmain Project consists of 21 claims, totalling 1,109 hectares, and is located less than 7 kilometres from the James Bay all-weather gravel highway. The project is highlighted by a large pegmatite outcrop located approximately 7 kilometres east to southeast and interpreted to be along-strike from the James Bay (Cyr) Deposit of Galaxy Resources Ltd.
LAC DU BERYL PROJECT
The Lac du Beryl Project consists of 18 claims, totalling 953 hectares, and is located less than 16 kilometres from an existing powerline associated with one of the hydroelectric power generation stations of the James Bay Region. The project is highlighted by several prominent pegmatite outcrops, many of which display characteristic pathfinder minerals commonly associated with spodumene pegmatites.
PONTAX RIVER PROJECT
The Property consists of 104 mineral claims covering four blocks, totalling approximately 5,536 hectares (13,681 acres) near Eastmain, Quebec. The Pontax River Lithium Property encompasses the southwestern portions of an approximately 100 km long belt of meta- volcanics, which may be considered part of the Eastmain River Volcanic Belt. The Eastmain belt is host to numerous gold occurrences, while the region is centrally located to a number of high profile lithium deposits (Galaxy Resources James Bay Deposit, Nemaska’s Whabouchi Deposit, and Critical Element’s Rose Deposit).
