Eco (Atlantic) Oil & Gas Ltd. (AIM: ECO, TSX‐V: EOG) announces that its annual and special meeting ("AGM") will be held at 10:00a.m. (Toronto time) on 30 December 2020 at the offices of the Chief Financial Officer of the Company at 559 Briar Hill Avenue, Toronto ON M5N 1N1.
