Mitie Group plc (the "Company") - Financial Conduct Authority Notification

On 29th August 2017, the Company announced that the Financial Conduct Authority (the "FCA") had commenced an investigation in connection with the timeliness of a profit warning announced by the Company on 19 September 2016 and the manner of preparation and content of the Company's financial information, position and results for the period ending 31 March 2016. On 26 June 2018, the FCA advised the Company that it was discontinuing its investigation into the Company.
