AGM - Joining Instructions
The Company announces instructions for shareholders to virtually participate in this year's AGM, to be held on Wednesday 16 September 2020, at 10:00am UK time.
As previously advised, in light of COVID-19 restrictions and related public health guidance issued by the UK government, the AGM will be held virtually, as a closed meeting, and shareholders are therefore not able to attend in person.
Shareholders will be able to participate by accessing a conference call, through which they will be able to listen to the business of the AGM. It will not be possible to ask questions or vote on this conference call.
To request details of the conference call, and to submit questions in advance of, or during, the meeting, shareholders are advised to email email@example.com.
