ROYALTIES
Providing an upfront payment in return for the right to receive a percentage of future revenue generated from a mining operation

STREAMS
Providing an upfront payment in return for the right to purchase all or a fixed percentage of future gold or silver production generated from a mine at a pre-determined $/oz price

The upfront fixed cost of royalties and streams reduces the future risks of ongoing capital and operating costs by offering its shareholders both capital and operating cost certainty. Maverix supports the financing of mine operations by providing an advance payment, which can be used to fund expansion, development or exploration, without having to get directly involved in the process. This allows Maverix to hold a diverse asset base, retain significant leverage to precious metals prices and be exposed to unlimited upside exploration and expansion potential, with limited downside risk.

Our mission is to increase our underlying per share value by growing our portfolio with high quality precious metals royalties and streams that offer robust returns. Since our inception in 2016, we have acquired a portfolio of 80 royalties and streams across 16 countries, of which 13 of the underlying mines are currently producing. Our strong, cash-generating asset base and experienced team makes Maverix an opportunistic new vehicle to grow with.
