Directors re-elected

Mandalay Resources (TSE:MND) re-elected its five directors and all resolutions presented at its annual general meeting of shareholders were approved.

The number of directors was fixed at five members, and each of the five nominees listed in the company's management information circular dated April 15, 2016, was re-elected to the company's board of directors. Those re-elected were: Abraham Jonker, Robert Doyle, Peter R. Jones, Bradford A. Mills, and Mark Sander.

Jonker remains the lead independent director, and Mills continues as the executive chairman.

The votes cast by proxy represented 68.63% of the total shares outstanding as of the proxy cut-off date, May 10, 2016.
