Solar power company Envision Solar International Inc (OTCQB:EVSI) has been issued a Chinese patent for its electric vehicle charging products. The California-based company develops sustainable energy products and manufactures them in the United States. Shares were up 19% in early trading.
Telecommunications company Surge Holdings Inc (OTCQB:SURG) announced the launch of SurgePhone Wireless, a cell phone service provider that offers simplified payment plans and lets users keep their existing phone. The company also dabbles in blockchain fintech software and cryptocurrency mining. Shares jumped 6% this morning.
Aphria Inc (OTCQB:APHQF) announced its first shipment of medical cannabis to its Australian partner Althea Company Pty Lrd. The Ontario-based company sent over cannabis oil and dried flower products to be used in the medicinal market. Shares were up nearly 2% this morning.
Golden Leaf Holdings Ltd (OTCQB:GLDFF) , another Canadian cannabis company, signed a letter of intent to acquire a cannabis dispensary in Northern California. The Toronto-based company offers cannabis oil-infused products, like fruit chews available in kiwi strawberry and tangerine flavors. Shares were up nearly 3% in early trading.
