Ximen Mining names Nicolette Keith as new finance chief

Ximen Mining Corp (OTCQB:XXMMF, TSX:XIM) says it has appointed Nicolette Keith as the chief financial officer.

It also announced that Lorne Mann has stepped down as a director.

Ms Keith brings more than 20 years of accounting and managerial experience, the resource group said.

She has previously acted as chief financial officer of public companies listed on the TSX Venture Exchange and held a senior accounting role for a company listed on the New York Stock Exchange.

Ximen also thanked Mr Mann for his service to the company and wishes him well in his future endeavours.

The firm owns a 100% interest in all three of its precious metal projects in Southern British Columbia.

Its two gold projects are the Gold Drop project and the Brett epithermal gold project.  The company also owns the Treasure Mountain silver project adjacent to the past-producing Huldra Silver mine.
