Redfund Capital raises over $3.8mln via placing

Cannabis-focused merchant bank Redfund Capital Corp (CSE:LOAN)  has completed its second tranche of the previously announced placing, raising $3,867,499.

The group issued over 5.9mln units, with each $0.30 unit consisting of one share and one share purchase warrant.

That warrant entitles the bearer to subscribe for one further share for $0.55 for two years from closing, subject to the company having the right to accelerate the expiry date if the shares trade at or above $0.75 for 14 consecutive days.

The group is currently focused on medical cannabis, hemp and cannabidiol related, healthcare related target companies.
