Bonterra is aiming to update the NI 43-101 mineral resource estimate at the property.

The latest highlight assays show 4.9 g/t (grams per ton) over 14.3 metres on one hole, and there was an intercept of 7.9 g/t of the yellow metal over 12.1 metres in another.

Another hole showed 15.5 g/t gold over 4.1 metres.

Moroy lies 1 km south of Bachelor and has been outlined over a strike length of 400 metres and a vertical extent of 600 metres.

The mineralized zones consist of hematized brecciated stockwork associated with pyrite.

Bonterra controls three high-grade gold deposits named Gladiator, Barry and Moroy and also has significant regional targets in Quebec.

It also owns 100% of the Urban-Barry Mill, the only permitted gold mill in the region.

Shares nudged up around 1% in Toronto to $1.96 each.
