Lucky Minerals Inc (CVE:LKY) (OTCMKTS:LKMNF) announced a number of management changes on Tuesday, including the appointment of Robert Rosner as president and CEO. Rosner previously served as Lucky Mineral's chief financial officer, executive vice-president and director.
The company also announced Sebastian Tang will take over as chief financial officer.
"Tang has been involved in the accounting and preparation of the company's financial statements for the past year and is well acquainted with Lucky and its projects," noted the company in a statement.
Tang has significant experience in the financial management and planning of publicly listed issuers in the mining industry and has held executive positions, including chief financial officer and corporate controller, in other public and private ventures.
The company said John Mears has stepped down as president, CEO and director.
Lucky Minerals has a number of projects on the go and recently renewed the land package on its Fortuna project, which lies around 60 km south-east of the town of Cuenca, Ecuador.
Lucky holds a 100% interest in Fortuna, a 550 square kilometre property in the heart of a proven and highly mineralized mineral district in Ecuador. Lucky is also developing its Emigrant Project in Montana.
Shares of Lucky Minerals were at C$0.08 on Tuesday.
