Exactus Inc (OTCMKTS:EXDI) is shaking up its executive team with the appointment of Kenneth Puzder as its new chief financial officer.
Puzder joined the cannabis-focused healthcare company in January, when he was named to its board of directors. Before that, he served as CFO at Ceed2Med LLC, a hemp sourcing and supply company.
He co-founded Lukens Group LLC, a behavioral-therapy firm focused on addiction and PTSD, where he also worked as CFO.

All told, Puzder brings decades of financial experience to his latest role. At Exactus, he will craft the Delray Beach, Florida company’s finance strategy and handle its financial and administrative operations.
"I am delighted to welcome Ken to the senior management team where his skills and leadership will be a tremendous asset as we continue to pursue our growth objectives," CEO Philip Young said. "He brings diversified financial and accounting experience and a proven track record of partnering with business units to drive operating efficiency and profitability.”
Young had been serving as interim CFO before Puzder’s appointment.
The company's stock rose 0.8% to $1.26 midday Tuesday.
