In a statement, the group said its NeuroCap and NeuroEEG devices, used to monitor brain activity, will be presented to industry experts at the Neurodiagnostic Society's annual ASET 2019 conference in Kansas City, between August 15 and 17 this year.

"The ASET conference is a must attend event for all neurodiagnostic professionals,” said Irina Nazarova, marketing director of Brain Scientific. "We will leverage the conference’s broad platform as a business development opportunity and to familiarize industry professionals with NeuroCap and NeuroEEG."

Renowned attendees

The conference is attended by renowned EEG technicians, technologists and laboratory managers from all over the world, the company said.

Brain Scientific, based in New York and Silicon Valley, develops high-tech neurological diagnostic devices used in telemedicine. It acquired its wholly-owned subsidiary MemoryMD last September.

Brain Scientific's smart diagnostic devices and sensors simplify administration, shorten the scan time and cut costs. This allows clinicians to make rapid decisions remotely and bridge the widening gap in access to neurological care.

The firm's NeuroCap device is a pre-gelled disposable EEG headset with 22 electrodes and 19 active EEG channels. NeuroEEG is a 16-channel clinical-grade device, intended for prescription use to acquire, record, transmit, and display electrical brain activity for patients of all ages.
