True Leaf Brands Inc (CSE:MJ) (OTCMKTS:TRLFF) is launching a new cannabidiol supplement for canine companions at the end of September.
The veterinarian-formulated CBD chews for dogs will use non-GMO, pesticide free hemp leaves with naturally occurring cannabidiol.
The Vernon, British Columbia-based company will launch the new products on September 30 across pet retail stores in the US and its online store, Trueleaf.com.
Products will bear the National Animal Supplement Council (NASC) Quality Seal, one of the highest-level certifications in the industry.
“We are excited to launch a NASC-certified CBD product line to complement our trusted and successful hemp seed-based pet supplements,” said Darcy Bomford, CEO of True Leaf.
“With the True Leaf brand already in over 3,500 stores worldwide, we are well positioned to meet the growing US demand for legal, safe and effective CBD pet products, which should generate significant incremental revenue for True Leaf.”
True Leaf is a leading cannabis and hemp wellness brand for pets. The firm recently posted record revenue of C$2.3 million for the financial year 2019 on the back of a rapidly growing distribution network.
