In a statement released on Tuesday, the Vancouver-based company said: “This preliminary metallurgical program has demonstrated that good silver extraction rates are possible using these simple extraction methods and that further improvements and refinements should be possible in future programs after fine-tuning the various test parameters."

In a statement Tuesday, the Vancouver based firm said that the Saskatchewan Research Council (SRC) had successfully concluded the final major testwork program. Medallion has received funding from the federal government through the National Research Council of Canada Industrial Research Assistance Program (NRC-IRAP) to support this work.

TruTrace Technologies Inc (CSE:TTT) (OTCMKTS:TTTSF), the medical cannabis verification company, said Tuesday that it has inked a pact with Anandia Laboratories Inc to collaborate on analytical and genetic testing for cannabis. In a statement, the company said it plans to establish a strategic working relationship with Anandia to collaborate on an integrated testing solution linked to TruTrace's development of StrainSecure, the first blockchain platform, that registers and tracks cannabis intellectual property.

True Leaf Brands Inc (CSE:MJ) (OTCMKTS:TRLFF) is launching a new cannabidiol supplement for canine companions at the end of September. The veterinarian-formulated CBD chews for dogs will use non-GMO, pesticide free hemp leaves with naturally occurring cannabidiol. The Vernon, British Columbia-based company will launch the new products on September 30 across pet retail stores in the US and its online store, Trueleaf.com.

Newgioco Group Inc (OTCQB:NWGI), the global sports betting and gaming tech firm, told investors it was on pace to meet its guidance for C$500 million total betting handle for 2019. That's the total amount of money in bets placed with the firm, which for the half year to June 30 came in at C$236.2 million, up 23.9% compared to C$190.6 million in the same period a year earlier. Gross gaming revenue for the half year came in at C$20.6 million, which was 9.5% higher than the C$18.8 million seen in 2018. The firm makes most of its revenues in Italy and noted that it had doubled its retail distribution in the country over the last six months.

Duos Technologies Group Inc (OTCMKTS:DUOT) announced Tuesday that it has won a $1 million contract from a Class 1 freight railroad company to use artificial intelligence algorithms for automated rail-car inspections. Duos said the five-year contract, awarded via its operating subsidiaries Duos Technologies Inc and truevue360, will provide about $1 million in recurring revenue. The name of the railroad company was not disclosed. Under the contract, Duos will provide an initial library of AI-based algorithms which will analyze images from its rail inspection portal for maintenance inspection of the customer’s railcars.

BevCanna Enterprises Inc (CSE:BEV) (OTCMKST:BVNNF) announced Tuesday that Health Canada has granted it a research license to examine stability and homogeneity of water-soluble cannabinoid infusions in water-based beverages. The license will enable BevCanna to move ahead with research activities that involve direct handling of cannabis such as the development of standard operating procedures, stability testing, sensory evaluation and quality assurance for house brands and white-label clients, the company said in a statement. The Vancouver-based company also will test cannabinoid-infusion equipment on their bottling line, as well as in a lab environment, optimizing their precise dosing technology as it scales-up towards full commercialization in 2020.

Nano One Materials Corp (CVE:NNO) (OTCMKTS:NNOMF) announced an amendment to warrants issued in a private placement of September 2017, of 4.18 million shares with 2.09 million share purchase warrants attached. The new terms relate to 1.65 million warrants, which expire on September 8 this year. Holders will be entitled to receive one warrant upon the exercise of the warrant at the original exercise price of C$1.25 per share. The incentive warrant is exercisable into one further share at C$1.60 per share for 14 months ending August 23, 2019.

RYAH has made a major step towards the completion of its reverse takeover of Prime Blockchain Inc and its listing on the Canadian Stock Exchange after getting strong support for the deal from Prime shareholders at recent meetings. In a statement, Prime Blockchain said that at the meetings held on August 19, 2019, in Verdun, Quebec, 15,255,280 ballots were cast in person or by proxy representing 77.81% of the total number of shares issued and outstanding of the company in favour of the transaction.
