He will also take part in a cannabis panel discussion scheduled for noon ET on September 16.

“Our pending acquisition of OneLeaf Holdings will not only give us a world class, 48,200 square foot facility built to EU GMP standards but also a catalogue of over 700 distinct cannabis cultivars and the talent that created them,” he added.

Hill Street is gearing up to produce its own line of cannabis-infused beverages, and has acquired two global semi-exclusive licenses to utilize Lexaria Bioscience Corp’s (CSE:LXX) (OTCMKTS:LXRP) DehydraTECH THC beverage infusion technology, and to use the DehydraTECH CBD infusion technology around the world for 10 years. This expands a 2018 license award to Hill Street to use DehydraTECH for THC beverages in Canada only,

“Our joint manufacturing partnership with Lexaria allows us to produce DehydraTECH commercial products, including both processed THC and CBD powders in the form of compressed tablets, capsules, or sachets for new consumer products for sale in Canada and for export where permitted,” said Donnelly.

The Hill Street boss will also hold investor meetings on both days at the summit, which will feature 160 companies and over 1,000 institutional and retail investors.
