New Pacific Metals Corp. (CVE:NUAG) stock closed 45% higher on Tuesday afternoon even though the company confirmed that it is not aware of any material undisclosed information that would account for the trading activity occurring today in its common shares. In a statement, New Pacific said only: “The Company is aware of a recent publication from GSA-Silver adding New Pacific to its model portfolio. GSA-Silver is independent of the company and its analysis reflects the author’s opinions.”

One World Lithium Inc (CSE:OWLI) (OTCMKTS:OWRDF) will be drilling by October 15 at the Salar del Diablo project in Mexico. The company announced Tuesday that it had signed a drilling contract with Layne de Mexico to continue with the third phase of its drilling program at the lithium brine project, located in the State of Baja California.

Iplayco Corporation Limited (CVE:IPC) announced Tuesday that Patrick Parker has stepped down from its board of directors for personal reasons. "We will miss Patrick's experience and direct style,” Iplayco chairman David Banks said in a statement. “He brought a unique and valuable perspective to the board.” The company added that it is in the final stages of recruiting a new director and intends to announce an appointment within the next few weeks.

Valens GroWorks Corp (CVE:VGW) (OTCMKTS:VGWCF) announced Tuesday that shareholders have overwhelmingly re-elected its six-person board of directors. The total number of common shares represented by shareholders present in person and by proxy at the annual meeting in Toronto was 43,999,025, representing 35.7% of total shares outstanding.

ICC International Cannabis Corp (CVE:WRLD) has closed its non-brokered private placement offering of convertible debentures of 2,500 unsecured convertible debentures with an aggregate face value of $1,000, raising gross aggregate proceeds of $2.5 million. With a maturity date that is two years from the date of the closing of the offering, the debentures will bear interest at a rate of 8% per annum from the date of issue, payable bi-annually in arrears on March 30 and September 30 of each year.  Subject to adjustment, the holders of the debentures, at any time, may convert all or any part of the principal amount outstanding under the debentures into common shares of the company at a conversion price based on a 15% discount of the shares calculated by using the volume weighted average closing share price on the 30 days prior to receiving notice of conversion. The group said the proceeds from the offering will be used for general working capital to continue the company's ongoing obligations.

BioLargo Inc (OTCMKTS:BLGO) announced Tuesday that Sunworks Farm wants a commercial trial of its Advanced Oxidation System (AOS) to manage and treat water and wastewater on the property, the first-ever commercial trial for the technology. In a statement, the firm said its subsidiary BioLargo Water has been asked by the owners of the Alberta-based farm to submit a proposal to install the system. Sunworks raises certified organic chicken, turkey, beef, pork and eggs. The company said the Sunworks project will mark a pivotal moment in the commercialization of BioLargo’s proprietary technology.

EnWave Corporation (CVE:ENW) (OTCMKTS:NWVCF) has signed a royalty agreement to license its dehydration technology to Spanish potato chip maker Patatas Fritas Torres SL. Patatas Fritas Torres purchased a 10 kiloWatt commercial Radiant Energy Vacuum (REV) machine to begin production of a line of cheese snacks, EnWave announced in a statement Tuesday.

Exactus Inc (OTCMKTS:EXDI) announced Tuesday that it is on track to exceed its initial estimates to produce 20,000 pounds of top flower from its hemp farms, with production now more likely to top 30,000 pounds of smokable flower. The Florida-based CBD healthcare company revealed that it has made significant progress on the two 100-acre industrial hemp farms it owns in Southwest Oregon. 

Thunderbird Entertainment Group Inc (CVE:BRD) announced Tuesday that its Atomic Cartoons division made a key executive hire to help guide the amination studio’s projects in production. The Vancouver-based entertainment company appointed former Nickelodeon Amination creative director David Gerhard to lead Atomic’s Ottawa team as studio creative director. Gerhard, who is relocating from Los Angeles to the Canadian capitol, will oversee teams working on projects for NBCUniversal.

TruTrace Technologies Inc (CSE:TTT) (OTCMKTS:TTTSF), the medical cannabis verification company, clocked revenue for the first time in the fiscal first quarter after a milestone deal with Shopper Drug Mart, to see a pilot program use TruTrace's StrainSecure technology. For the three months ended July 31, the Vancouver-based firm posted revenue of $48,000, compared to nothing in the same quarter a year ago. Revenue was primarily driven by service fees associated with the use of TruTrace technology, said the company. In a statement accompanying the Canadian technology company’s latest numbers, TruTrace Technologies CEO Robert Galarza said: "The launch of the Shoppers Drug Mart Pilot Program for medical cannabis verification was a very significant milestone for us in the first quarter.”

Ximen Mining Corp. (CVE:XIM) (OTCMKTS:XXMMF) said Tuesday it has initiated talks with Golden Dawn Minerals Inc about toll milling material from its Kenville Gold Mine project in Nelson, British Columbia (BC). The Kenville Gold mine project is nearing start-up of its new decline development and is anticipated to generate gold feed material in the coming year, Ximen added, hence it has started talking to Golden Dawn about utilizing its mill facility at Greenwood, BC.

Globex Mining Enterprises Inc (TSE:GMX) (OTCMKTS:GLBXF) announced Tuesday that it has optioned one of its portfolio projects to silver mining company Excellon Resources (TSE:EXN) (OTCMKTS:EXLLF). The Quebec-based mining company agreed to a deal with Excellon on the Bräunsdorf property, now known as the Silver City project, in Germany. Excellon will pay Globex C$500,000 in cash and C$1.6 million worth of stock over a three-year period, with the first payment of C$100,000 due upon signing and an additional C$100,000 due on the first anniversary of the signing date.

Enertopia Corporation (CSE:TOP) (OTCMKTS:ENRT) announced positive new lithium extraction test results from the company’s Clayton Valley project in Nevada. The Kelowna-based company informed investors on Tuesday that pre-stripping results show high levels of lithium being put into a solution while maintaining very low impurity levels. The technology company is aiming to determine if it is viable to pre-strip the impurities from the claystone zones at Clayton Valley prior to making synthetic brine.

RNC Minerals (TSE:RNX) (OTCMKTS:RNKLF) announced Tuesday that it has recovered more high-grade gold from the same area where the company made a bonanza discovery in 2018. The Toronto-based miner retrieved around 1,750 ounces of coarse gold just 160 metres south and 25 metres below the Father’s Day vein discovery last year, which saw the company pull out two nuggets containing 4,000 ounces of gold as part of a discovery totaling 9,250 ounces. Beta Hunt, in Western Australia, is the company’s flagship gold asset.

RNC Minerals also announced late Monday that it has made three management appointments naming Graeme Sloan as managing director, Australian Operations; Johnna Muinonen as president, Dumont Nickel; and Alger St-Jean as executive vice president, exploration and resource development, Dumont Nickel.  In a statement, RNC said these changes will strengthen the company and better align its people to maximize the value of each of the assets within the company’s portfolio.

Chemistree Technology Inc (CSE:CHM) (OTCMKTS:CHMJF) said Tuesday that its Sugarleaf brand in Washington State has booked strong sales and is looking at expanding to keep up with rocketing demand for its products. In a statement, the Vancouver-based cannabis-investment company said that Sugarleaf saw a 30% sales increase from April, a 36% rise in crop yield, and a 100% boost in retail client stores.

ImmunoPrecise Antibodies Ltd (CVE:IPA) (OTCMKTS:IPATF) subsidiary Talem Therapeutics has entered into a joint venture with a clinical-stage biopharma company to develop therapies that use the body's immune system to fight cancer, the company announced Tuesday. Talem, which is developing antibody therapeutics to target T cell-mediated anti-tumor activity, is teaming with AgonOx, which specializes in identifying and developing immuno-oncology therapeutics.

MGX Minerals Inc (CSE:XMG) (OTCMKTS:MGXMF) and Eureka Resources LLC (CVE:EUK) announced Tuesday the shipment of the world's first commercial rapid lithium recovery system, which will be used on wastewater in Pennsylvania. The newly formed joint venture between both companies will initially focus on fast-tracking deployment of the lithium recovery system at Eureka's state-of-the-art Standing Stone advanced wastewater-treatment facility near Towanda, Pennsylvania, according to a statement. The containerized system left engineering partner PurLucid Treatment Solutions’ Alberta facility last week and is expected to arrive at Standing Stone anytime, the companies said.

Bragg Gaming Group (CVE:BRAG) (OTC:BRGGF) subsidiary ORYX Gaming has reached a deal with French online betting and casino game company Betclic Group. The Bordeaux-based company, which has achieved one of the largest market shares in France, will offer ORYX’s full portfolio through the ORYX Hub platform.

PyroGenesis Canada Inc. (CVE:PYR) (OTCMKTS:PYRNF), a high-tech company that designs, develops, manufactures and commercializes plasma atomized metal powder, plasma waste-to-energy systems and plasma torch products, has unveiled plans to increase the number of directors and elect a new board. In a statement, the Montreal-based firm said it has called a Special Meeting of Shareholders, scheduled for November 21, to vote on its plan to raise the total number of its board members to seven, of whom five will be independent.
