Shares in Great Bear Resources Ltd (CVE:GBR) (OTCMKTS:GTBDF) advanced as it announced a trio of new gold discoveries Wednesday at its Dixie project in the Red Lake district of Ontario. The discoveries occurred at three new zones of the company’s ongoing 90,000-metre drill program along the LP fault: Yauro, Viggo, Bear-Rimini, Northwest of Bear Rimini; and along the North Fault, which runs parallel to the LP Fault. At the Yauro Zone, which consists of two drill holes 125 metres apart, Great Bear recorded mineralization that spanned more than 300 metres in apparent width.

Dyadic International Inc (NASDAQ:DYAI) will report its financial results for the quarter ended September 30 after the market close on November 13. It also will host a conference call that day at 5 pm ET to discuss the results. Dyadic is a global biotechnology company focused on further improving and applying its proprietary C1 gene expression platform to help accelerate the development, lower production costs and improve the performance of biologic vaccines, drugs, and other biologic products at flexible commercial scales.

CleanSpark Inc (OTCMKTS:CLSK), an advanced energy software company, has been awarded a $627,000 contract to provide software control and energy storage to Energias Limpias De CentroAmerica to support an industrial manufacturing facility in San Jose, Costa Rica. CleanSpark will integrate a scalable 1,110-kilowatt hours of battery storage with a 480-kilowatt photovoltaic system, all driven by the company’s mPulse software.

TMIA Capital Corporation (CVE:TCA) (OTCMKTS:TIMCF), the specialty finance company, reported soaring revenue and a narrowing of its net loss in its third quarter, as it built up its business by making investments in fledgling software companies. In the three months until the end of August, its revenue climbed by 121% to $884,231 from the year-ago period when it hit $399,991. The finance company’s net loss, meanwhile, narrowed to $54,658, or $0.00 per share, from a net loss of $413,221, or $0.01 per share in the year-ago period.

Newrange Gold Corp (CVE:NRG) unveiled encouraging results Wednesday from ongoing underground channel sampling at its Good Hope mine - part of the Pamlico project in Nevada, USA. The firm's Pamlico project has a large footprint, covering 1,670 hectares, which also encompasses a past gold producing area, featuring old mine workings.

RYAH Medtech Inc has released an analytics report that takes a closer look at how women use medical cannabis. The report, which featured survey feedback from 28,211 women, found that the average female patient starts treating with medical cannabis slightly later in life than the average man and uses a variety of cannabis profiles to treat mental health conditions.

Auryn Resources Inc (TSE:AUG) (NYSE:AUG) reported new surface sampling results from its Curibaya project that could propel the Peruvian asset to the top of the junior’s portfolio, says a new note from Roth Capital Partners. Earlier this week, the Vancouver-based company announced that new results from Curibaya included more than 20 samples with more than 200 grams of silver per ton (g/t) and multiple results above 15,000 g/t silver and as much as 7.67 g/t gold.

NexTech AR Solutions Corp (OTCMKTS:NEXCF) (CSE:NTAR) reported strong fiscal first-quarter financial results that showed a significant bump in revenue and profits. For the quarter ended August 31, the company posted a 6,611% jump in revenue to $1,513,000, compared to $22,544 in revenue in the same period a year earlier. Gross profit for the quarter also accelerated rapidly by 6,986% to touch $694,858, compared to $9,806 in the same period a year ago. In a statement accompanying the company’s latest numbers, NexTech CEO Evan Gappelberg said: “I’m thrilled with our rapid growth trajectory and I am particularly excited that we were able to achieve over $1.5 million in sales in just our first quarter compared to $2 million of annual sales for all of last year.”

Namaste Technologies Inc (CVE:N) (OTCMKTS:NXTTF), the cannabis e-commerce company, revealed Wednesday that it generated significant revenue from other sources after discontinuing several web properties. In a statement accompanying the Canadian cannabis e-commerce platform company’s latest numbers, CEO Meni Morim said: "We're seeing the positive effects of rebuilding our revenue stream in our drive to replace discontinued businesses."

Gatling Exploration Inc (CVE:GTR) (OTCMKTS:GATGF) continues to de-risk its Larder gold project in Ontario and has recently completed a Lidar airborne survey, which has helped identify targets and geological structures, the company told investors. The 3,370-hectare asset lies in the prolific Abitibi greenstone belt in an established mining camp where over 70 million ounces of the yellow metal has been produced.

BioCorRx Inc (OTCMKTS:BICX) announced that its new medically-assisted weight loss program, UnCraveRx, will serve as a sponsor and exhibitor at the 36th Annual American Society of Metabolic and Bariatric Society (ASMBS) Meeting. UnCraveRx, which launched in October, is a 12-week program that combines a sustained-release anti-craving medication with an app that provides access to on-demand virtual fitness, nutrition and behavior lifestyle group support.  At the ASMBS meeting, the Anaheim, California company plans to explain the UnCraveRx system and walk medical professionals through how to offer the program to their patients.

Medgold Resources Corp (CVE:MED) announced Wednesday that it wrapped up a 2,000 metre drilling program at its Tlamino project in Serbia. The junior completed eight holes at the Karaminca prospect, where samples from a long gold-in-soil anomaly returned values above 0.1 grams per ton gold. Initial results from the first hole drilled included 8 metres at 0.3 grams per ton gold and 3.2 grams per ton silver.

A strong performance at its Mexico operations helped Gold Resource Corporation (NYSEAMERICAN:GORO) post net income of US$3 million in its third quarter, compared to a loss of US$781,000 in the same period a year ago. The miner posted record gold production in the three months to end September at 11,165 ounces of gold, aided by the contribution of its new Nevada (Isabella) mine, which added 3,703 ounces.

Hannan Metals Limited (CVE:HAN) (OTCMKTS:HANNF) has been granted its first mining concession at the San Martin copper-silver project in Peru. The 1,000-hectare concession, titled Tabalosos 1002, grants Hannan the exclusive right to begin exploration in the area.

Silvercorp Metals Inc (CVE:SVM) (NYSEAMERICAN:SVM) is set to unveil its second-quarter results on Thursday November 7th after the market closes. The Canadian mining company is the primary silver producer in China, with six silver-lead-zinc mines in the Ying mine district in Henan province as well as the silver-lead-zinc Gaocheng project in Guangdong, China. The company has been operating underground mines in China since 2006 and has a track record of growing the company organically through generating its own cashflow. It has also built up a substantial reserve base. The company is currently focused on silver, lead and zinc.

Kincora Copper Ltd (CVE:KCC) said the TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the company's proposal to issue 271,875 shares at a deemed value of $0.08 and 197,728 common shares at a deemed value of $0.11 per share for certain services provided to the company. The Vancouver-based company is on the hunt for copper and gold in Mongolia — one of the last great exploration frontiers, which is on the doorstep of commodity-hungry
