CleanSpark Inc (OTMKTS:CLSKD), a microgrid company with advanced engineering, software and controls for innovative distributed energy resource management systems, will file its Annual Report on Form 10-K on December 16, 2019. “We plan to file our 10-K this Monday after the close of the market.  We will also be issuing a shareholder letter Tuesday with a discussion on our results for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2019,” said CEO Zach Bradford. “We have made notable progress in our business throughout 2019, and, as announced on October 16, 2019, we achieved four consecutive record-breaking quarters during the fiscal year and we are continuing to grow and expand our software’s presence in the microgrid or distributed energy generation (DEG) market.” 

Aequus Pharmaceuticals Inc (CVE:AQS) (OTCMKTS:AQSZF) said Friday that it has signed a term sheet to jointly commercialize a portfolio of products in the US with Medicom Healthcare, a UK-based pharmaceutical company with a focus on preservative-free therapies in ophthalmology. The Vancouver-based company said that under the proposed agreement the companies will be work together for the first part of 2020, prioritizing programs and developing commercialization plans for the selected programs. In a statement, Aequus Pharmaceuticals CEO Doug Janzen said the structure of the deal was similar to a joint venture, with revenues shared equally and investments and contributions made by each party reconciled through a joint profit and loss statement.

GlobeX Data Ltd (CSE:SWIS) (OTCMKTS:SWISF), a data security company, announced Friday it’s joining the Keller Cloud Innovation Program, an AI-fueled real estate platform for Keller Williams Realty agents. The company said it has integrated DigitalSafe, its Swiss-hosted security, document management, password management and encrypted email solution, into the cloud program and the KW Marketplace -- an app store for its 160,000-plus agents to browse top software integrations made by third-party developers. The company's DigitalSafe technology allows institutions and their clients to manage personal data in a secure Swiss cloud and gives users full control of their data, minimizing the risks of data attacks. 

Mackie Research Corporation is initiating coverage on Mandalay Resources Corp (TSE:MND) (OTCMKTS:MNDJF) with a Speculative Buy rating, citing the gold miner’s “outstanding potential” for growth. The research firm set a C$2.15 price target on Mandalay’s stock, which was trading at C$0.76 in Canada on Friday morning. Toronto-based Mandalay produced 69,000 ounces of gold at a cash cost of just above US$1,000 per ounce this year from its Costerfield and Bjorkdal mines in Australia and Sweden.

IEC Electronics Corp (NYSEAMERICAN:IEC), an electronic manufacturing services company, scored a major milestone Friday by receiving approval to uplist on the tech-laden Nasdaq with the symbol "IEC”. The company said trading on the Nasdaq is expected to start on January 2, 2020. The company’s shares will continue to trade on the NYSE American until December 31. 

NexTech AR Solutions Corp (OTCMKTS:NEXCF) (CSE:NTAR) told investors Friday that one of the biggest firearms distributors in the US has adopted the company’s AR in its business. The deal with Davidson’s Inc is the first signup of NexTech’s expansion contract with gun manufacturer Walther Arms to provide its dealers with the firm’s WebAR 3D experience, which was announced last week.

Heritage Cannabis Holdings Corp (CSE:CANN) (OTCMKTS:HERTF) announced that it has provided C$250,000 in initial funding to support the development of a joint venture extraction facility at Empower Clinics Inc’s (CSE:CBDT) (OTCMKTS:EPWCF) hemp processing facility in Oregon. Similarly, Empower Clinics’ wholly-owned subsidiary, Empower Healthcare Assets Inc, has issued a convertible promissory note in the principal amount of C$250,000 to Heritage. Under the terms of the agreement, both Heritage Cannabis and Empower Clinics Inc will each own 50% of the partnership. Heritage subsidiary Purafarma Solutions Inc will install extraction units and downstream equipment at Empower’s 5,000 square feet hemp processing facility in Oregon.

GGX Gold Corp (CVE:GGX) (OTCMKTS:GGXXF) unveiled drill assays on Friday for holes sunk this season at the Gold Drop project in the Greenwood mining camp in British Columbia, including highlights of an intersection of 0.5 metres (m) at 84.7 grams per ton (g/t) gold.  This year, a total of 3,160 metres were drilled in 49 holes to test the COD and COD North veins, the company said. In another deep hole, 719 metres were drilled. Other highlight assays included 0.32 m at 58.30 g/t gold and 384 g/t silver and 355 parts per million (ppm) tellurium in one hole.

One World Lithium Inc (CSE:OWLI) (OTCMKTS:OWRDF) is continuing to see progress from its current four-hole drill campaign on the Salar del Diablo lithium project in the State of Baja California, Mexico. The company told investors on Thursday that a second drill hole, DDH-2, has reached a total depth of 594 meters (m), with three material samples taken from depths between 431m and 150m. A third drill hole, DDH-3, is being planned 50 kilometers (km) south of DDH-2, which is also 20 km from the southern border of the project.

Phunware Inc (NASDAQ:PHUN), an enterprise cloud platform for mobile that provides products, solutions, data and services for brands worldwide, will be presenting at the Small Business Expo in Austin on December 17.  The company’s sales director Lacey Howard will lead a workshop. “Our expertise in helping customers succeed on mobile through our Multiscreen-as-a-Service cloud platform is a great fit for any small business looking to take their mobile experience to the next level,” she said. Enertopia Corporation (CSE:TOP) (OTCMKTS:ENRT) told investors Friday that its letter of intent (LOI) signed with Eagle Plains Resources Ltd (CVE:EPL) (OTCMKTS:EGLPF) for the Pine Channel gold project back in October has now expired and that it is exploring strategic alternatives. The LOI was signed on October 28 and the plan was for the group to earn up to a 75% interest in the 7,000-hectare high-grade gold project in northern Saskatchewan.

Seelos Therapeutics Inc (NASDAQ:SEEL) said Friday that it will be participating in the National MPS Society Family Conference in Orlando. “Our company’s attendance and sponsored booth at this year’s National MPS Society Family Conference will provide us access to meet families of patients who have been living with these devastating MPS diseases as well as newly diagnosed patients’ families,” said Raj Mehra, CEO of Seelos Therapeutics. “We hope that through our studies with SLS-005 we can offer some hope and possibly a potential treatment for those with Sanfilippo syndrome.” The 33rd annual event runs from December 19 to 21.

Ceylon Graphite Corp (CVE:CYL) announced a major milestone on Friday, saying it had started commercial production of graphite from its K1 mine at Karasnagla in Sri Lanka. "We are finally in commercial production mode and look forward to selling our first container of Sri Lankan vein graphite - today we have brought 2 tons of raw graphite to the surface," Bharat Parashar, the group's chief executive told investors in a statement. "These three years have been a learning process and whilst this is just the first step to creating a globally recognized graphite mining company, we are now much better prepared to develop our next sites and at a faster pace."

Ximen Mining Corp (CVE:XIM) (OTCMKTS:XXMMF) reported Friday that its option partner GGX Gold Corp (CVE:GGX) (OTCMKTS:GGXXF) had unveiled assays for drill holes sunk in the 2019 season at the Gold Drop project in the Greenwood mining camp in British Columbia.  The results included a highlight of an intersection of 0.5 metres (m) at 84.7 grams per ton (g/t) gold. Greenwood is one of the most prolific gold-copper camps in North America and Gold Drop is the high grade, near-surface property, which was mined intermittently from 1919 to the 1980s.

Bonterra Resources Inc (CVE:BTR) (OTCMKTS:BONXF) has closed a previously announced private placement for gross proceeds of nearly $5.3 million. The the Canadian gold exploration company plans to use the money to pay down its exploration expenses. Bonterra issued 1,307,066 flow-through common shares at a price of $2.25 per share and 980,000 flow-through common shares at a price of $2.40 per share.. Sprott Capital Partners LP acted as lead agent on behalf of a syndicate which included PI Financial Corp and Red Cloud Securities. In connection with the offering, the agents received a cash fee in an amount equal to 6% of the gross proceed.
