Verde AgriTech pushes greener potash saying farming must change

Brazil-based Verde AgriTech (TSE:NPK) (OTCMKTS:AMHPF), a multi-nutrient potassium fertilizer producer is up in arms about what it sees as out of date farming methods but moreover, is passionate about bringing nutrient-rich foods to the consumer.
There's no doubt that established farming methods are under scrutiny now as the world goes greener...but it's tough changing minds - as CEO Cristiano Veloso tells Proactive London.
Here he draws attention to the recent news surrounding Sirius Minerals, the potash producer from North Yorkshire in the UK. Mining giant Anglo-American is currently looking at a takeover bid but Veloso is alarmed the takeover is the story and not the 'out of date' farming methods he says both companies still support. Veloso says farmers must wake up and the harmful use of Potassium Chloride must stop, adding that its continued use is the farming equivalent of single use plastics being strewn through the natural environment.
