Weekend Unlimited Inc (CSE:POT) (OTCMKTS:WKULF) is bolstering its senior management by appointing Charlie Lamb as its chief operating officer and a member of its board.
Lamb boasts over 10 years of experience working as a securities and corporate lawyer at a large international law firm in New York. In his previous practice, he focused on helping to orchestrate complex business transactions such as mergers and acquisitions and advising clients on offerings of securities for investment funds, private equity funds and other alternative investment vehicles. His expertise also extends to advising broker dealers as well as fund managers on compliance and corporate governance issues.

Lamb replaces Kevin Ernst who is stepping down from the board.
