LiteLink Technologies Inc (CSE:LLT) (OTCMKTS:LLNKF) is breaking fresh ground with the unveiling of a full software-as-a-service (SaaS) subscription model for its popular 1SHIFT Logistics software platform.
The Burnaby, British Columbia company’s 1 SHIFT Logistics is a software platform that enables brokers, shippers and carriers to track shipments and settle payments in real-time without having to micromanage drivers.

In other news, LiteLink also announced that its chief financial officer David Kwok stepped down at the close of last year to build his own accounting practice.
The new SaaS model permits shippers, carriers and fleets to self-register and onboard onto the 1SHIFT platform at their own pace, without interacting with customer support.
The introduction of the new SaaS model has already resulted in the onboarding of a paid subscriber, Pommes Ma-Gic Inc, an agricultural company based in Quebec.
“At LiteLink, we want customers to see how easy it is to manage logistics and freight for their businesses with 1SHIFT,” said Ashik Karim, Litelink’s CEO. “As with any good software package, the best way to get the product into customers’ hands is with a free subscription version while at the same time providing a seamless experience to upgrade to best fit paid subscription models.”
The new SaaS subscription packages will include a ‘FREEMIUM’ model that will be free for businesses to use if they conduct less than five shipments a month.
The product offers its users the chance to track their shipments in real-time with accuracy. It also helps carriers and fleets to better plan and manage their routes and streamlines invoicing and billing as well.
