Globex, an exploration, royalty and property bank, holds a 3% gross metal royalty on the Bateman Bay and Grandroy mine properties. The hole hit the C-3 copper-gold zone 65 metres below a previous hole at a vertical depth of 515 metres (m), Chibougamau told investors in a statement.
Heritage Cannabis Holdings Corp (CSE:CANN) reported fiscal 2019 full-year results on Friday that included the company’s first revenue from cannabis operations in the fourth quarter. The Toronto-based company brought in $3.6 million in the 12 months ended October 31, all from the fourth quarter, compared to no revenue the year before. Its net loss was $13.2 million, $0.03 per share, narrower than its $6.4 million loss, $0.04 per share, in 2018.
Energy Fuels Inc (NYSEAMERICAN:UUUU) (TSX:EFR) updated investors Friday on its forays into the rare earth element (REE) sector at its White Mesa Mill property in Utah. The company is primarily a uranium producer, but many ores and alternate feed materials that contain uranium also contain recoverable quantities of REEs, the company said, which in some cases can be processed under the Mill's existing license and permits. In addition to uranium and vanadium, the mill is licensed for the production of other minerals, including tantalum, which made the US Department of the Interior's Critical Minerals List.
Medexus Pharmaceuticals Inc (CVE:KMDP) (OCTMKTS:PDDPF) said that through its US-based subsidiary, it acquired Aptevo BioTherapeutics LLC, a Delaware company owning the worldwide rights to hematology asset, IXINITY, from Aptevo Therapeutics Inc (NASDAQ:APVO), a biotechnology company developing oncology and hematology drugs. The company bought Aptevo BioTherapeutics LLC for up-front cash of approximately $30 million (inclusive of around $9.5 million of working capital acquired). The revenue-spinning acquisition is financed entirely with existing cash, and a new $20 million term loan credit facility with MidCap Financial. For the first nine months of 2019, IXINITY generated revenue of $23.4 million, representing year-over-year growth of nearly 40%.
Power Ore Inc (CVE:PORE) inked a blockbuster deal to acquire two past-producing mines next to the firm’s Springer and Perry projects in Quebec.The transaction for the Robitaille and Cooke mines, which produced copper and gold respectively, increases Power Ore’s Opemiska Copper Complex from 797 hectares to over 9,800 hectares. The junior exploration company which is advancing a portfolio of seven assets across North and South America with a highly-skilled team and some impressive investors, raised a total of C$15 million by issuing 9,375,000 shares in February, putting the company on a strong financial footing. The proceeds will be funneled into continued surface exploration at its Sombrero and Curibaya projects located in southern Peru and for general working capital.
Perma-Fix Environmental Services Inc (NASDAQ:PESI) announced Friday the expansion of its Low-Level Radioactive Waste (LLRW) processing and treatment capacity through the addition of a highly specialized facility in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. The Perma-Fix Environmental Waste Operations Center (EWOC) is an 8.7-acre facility located on the East Tennessee Technology Park (ETTP), which is a former US Department of Energy (DOE) K-25 site. The facility is dedicated to supporting LLRW processing and disposition, including mechanical processing, to manage multiple waste streams from both government and commercial customers.

The Vancouver-based company intersected 17.7 metres at 3.8 grams per ton (g/t) gold, 880 parts per million (ppm) cobalt and 4.3 g/t gold equivalent from 293 metres at its South Palokas prospect on the property. Another hole from South Pakolas intersected the highest cobalt reported to date from the prospect, with 12 metres at 5.4 g/t gold, 2,221 ppm cobalt and 6.8 g/t gold equivalent from 303 metres.

Four of the eight areas were past producers, including the Queen Victoria occurrence, which generated 246 ounces of gold, 20,544 ounces of silver and around 1.48 million pounds of copper.
Klondike Gold Corp. (CVE:KG) (OTCMKTS:KDKGF) has extended the term of 5,575,000 warrants issued under its private placement which closed on April 4, 2017.
