The Toronto-based company will be known as HIRE effective from April 21, subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.
CEO Simon Dealy said the firm was “excited” about its new name as it resonates strongly with its corporate vision.
"Our mission as an acquirer of technology and staffing firms is to develop a comprehensive network of solutions to assist employers in the pursuit and retention of top talent, with SaaS-based technologies at the forefront of our offering,” Dealy said in a statement.
The company also plans to unveil a new logo and identity, it said, marking a “significant step” in the brand’s evolution.
HIRE will focus on the acquisition of information technology, staffing, and human resources consulting firms. Its operating subsidiaries Provision IT Resources Ltd and PTC Accounting and Finance Inc are staffing firms that offer a range of professional recruitment services for accounting, finance, information technology, office administration and human resources.
