Orgenesis Inc (NASDAQ:ORGS) CEO Vered Caplan has been named one of the top 20 inspirational leaders in the field of advanced medicine by The Medicine Maker, a publication covering the biopharmaceutical industry.
The publication’s annual Power List, which is judged by an independent panel of leading life science figures, consists of academic and business leaders in three categories: biopharmaceuticals, advanced therapies and small molecules.
The Medicine Maker has published the list since 2015, although this year it trimmed its selections from 100 to 60 names.

“I am honored to have been selected by The Medicine Maker for their Power List 2020 in the field of advanced medicine, alongside the top luminaries in the field,” Caplan said in a statement. “This recognition reflects the progress and tireless work of our entire team of medical, scientific, clinical and commercial experts at Orgenesis.
