Amuka Esports raising $500,000 to expand food & beverage capabilities in its integrated esports hubs

Amuka Esports CEO Ben Feferman tells Proactive the creator of localized esports hubs expects to close its $500,000 private placement in the next 30-45 days, where it will use the funds towards expanding its food and beverage capabilities.

Feferman says the Toronto-based company, in addition, is also pursuing an IPO as early as 4Q of 2020 in order for it to raise the company profile, make acquisitions, and as an 'insurance policy.'
