Loop Insights Inc (CVE:MTRX) revealed Wednesday that it has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) agreement with mediahelden GmbH (Passcreator), a German digital wallet pass developer.
Loop, which develops artificial intelligence (AI) to help brick and mortar retailers compete with their online counterparts, said the partnership with Passcreator will allow its clients to offer “unparalleled experiences to their customers”.

The company also said it is set to implement international projects in tourist hotspots such as Mexico, Indonesia, the USA, Canada, and most recently Japan in preparation for the 2021 Olympic Games.
“Passcreator provides Loop an agile multilingual product upgrade to support its extension into new markets”, the company said.
Passcreator offers its clients a Software-as-a -Service SaaS) solution for mobile marketing and is compatible with wallet apps on both iOS and Android devices.
