Clean Seed Capital Group Ltd. appoints Kelsey Letham to head its investor relations program

Clean Seed Capital Group Ltd. (CVE:CSX) said it has retained the services of Ms Kelsey Letham to head its investor relations program.

Letham has worked in the Financial Services and Wealth Management industry for over thirteen years. Kelsey began as an Investment Advisor with London Life and later as an Investment Professional at Scotia Wealth Management, this foundation evolved into a successful career in the Investment Industry supporting Financial Advisors across Western Canada as an Inside Sales Representative for both NEI Investments and Dynamic Funds then as Regional Director for National Bank Investments and VP Regional Sales for Franklin Templeton.

The company noted that she brings with her a deep knowledge of capital markets and a broad network of investors and value-add market participants. As a corporate advisory consultant, she lends her expertise to primary stage capital, digital marketing and brand strategy development, in combination with investor relations support for emerging growth companies.

In consideration of the services to be provided by Letham, Clean Seed will pay $7,500 per month and will grant 100,000 stock options exercisable at $0.30 per share for a term of five years. The options will vest as to 25,000 per quarter in accordance with the policies of the TSX Venture exchange.
