Duos Technologies Group Inc (NASDAQ:DUOT) ended its 3Q with US$4.1 million in cash, thanks in part to the signing of two significant new rail contracts, the company reported Thursday. The contracts include an initial $1.3 million deal with an existing Class 1 railroad customer to institute automated mechanical inspections on an existing Railcar Inspection Portal, as well as a new contract with ongoing client CN for North American-wide service and support. Jacksonville, Florida-based Duos also welcomes new CEO Chuck Ferry to the team and promoted Scott Carns to the chief commercial officer of the firm’s Duos Technologies subsidiary.

NexTech AR Solutions Corp (NexTech) (OTCQB: NEXCF) (CSE: NTAR) (FSE: N29) on Thursday reported that third-quarter bookings and revenue jumped by triple digits year-over-year. In the quarter that ended September 30, the emerging leader in augmented reality (AR) for eCommerce, learning applications, and enhanced video conferencing and virtual experiences said total bookings came in at $6.7 million, more than 327% growth versus the prior-year quarter. NexTech also saw record revenue rise by 200% to $4.7 million. In addition, the company produced a record backlog of $2 million as gross profit increased 344% year-over-year to $3 million with a 63% margin. And working capital at quarter’s end was $13.6 million.

Arcadia Biosciences Inc (NASDAQ:RKDA) announced a series of strategic transactions with Bioceres Crop Solutions Corp (NYSE:BIOX), namely the sale of its interest in Verdeca, the soybean joint venture the two companies formed in 2012. Arcadia received nearly 1.9 million unregistered shares of BIOX stock and a royalty stream of as much as $10 million on HB4 soybean sales. Bioceres also acquired license rights to Arcadia's GoodWheat technologies in South and Central America for $6 million, with an additional $2 million to be paid once Verdeca hits certain milestones. Arcadia also published its quarterly results, revealing revenue of $314,000 in the three months ended September 30, compared to $392,000 in the same period in 2019. 

Rideshare Rental Inc (OTCMKTS:YAYO) on Thursday reported third-quarter results showing a double-digit increase in revenue. In a statement, the leading provider of vehicles to the rideshare and delivery gig economy industry through its wholly-owned subsidiary Rideshare Car Rentals LLC said quarterly revenue was up 21% year-over-year and 31% versus its 2Q of 2020, hitting the highest quarterly revenue in the company’s history. Gross margins grew to 42% in the quarter ended September 30, up from 38% in the year-ago period. That made the company’s core rental operations profitable before taking into account corporate overhead and one-time costs.

Endeavour Mining Corp (TSE:EDV) (OTCMKTS: EDVMF), the West-Africa focused gold producer, reported a strong third quarter, which saw it lift output and reduce costs, while also declaring a maiden dividend. The miner also announced an extension to the mine-life at its two flagship operations - at the Hounde and Ity mine, following successful exploration,which will see both assets potentially generating a quarter of a million ounces per year. Endeavour has six producing mines across Côte d’Ivoire and Burkina Faso. It also has four potential development projects and exploration assets on the highly prospective Birimian Greenstone Belt across Burkina Faso, Côte d’Ivoire, Mali and Guinea.

Todos Medical Ltd (OTCQB:TOMDF) said on Thursday that the company saw its revenue jump to $867,000 in October, representing a 147% month-over-month increase driven by extraction reagents sales. The diagnostic solutions comany said current weekly orders for extraction reagents have increased to over 40,000 units per week for the firm’s legacy clients. Todos is helping its five largest contracted clients its five largest contracted clients to complete qPCR kits validations and expects those qPCR kit sales to start flowing from the end of November 2020. The firm's will soon have the capacity to run over 350,000 tests per week.

Loop Insights Inc (CVE:MTRX) (OTCQB:RACMF), a provider of contact tracing and artificial intelligence to drive automated marketing, said that it will launch Artificial Intelligence-verified mobile video review platform UKLIPZ for consumers and brands in January 2021. The Vancouver-based advanced technology company said the platform will allow consumers to create verified reviews using mobile video that can also be used, purchased or analyzed by brands and retailers to drive engagement and sales. Loop acquired UKLIPZ in September 2019. In a statement, Loop CEO Rob Anson said: "The long-awaited integration of UKLIPZ into our product stack is a very important milestone for Loop due to the significant strength it adds to our offering and the disruption it creates in the massive but problematic consumer review industry.”

GR Silver Mining Ltd (CVE:GRSL) (OTCQB:GRSLF) (FRA:GPE) posted positive news from its San Marcial silver project in Mexico, saying it had uncovered new high-grade mineralization, while a new access road was being built.  The road is to access a tunnel, which has been expanded ahead of underground drilling and the work exposed a new section of the footwall zone of the NI 43-101 resource in areas previously deemed unmineralized, the company said. Channel sampling was carried out, with assays including 3.8 metres (m) at 2,184 grams per ton (g/t) silver, 0.8 % lead and 2.9 % zinc. Another highlight was 2.7m at 1.48 g/t gold, including 0.6m at 5.87 g/t of the yellow metal.

Tectonic Metals Inc (CVE:TECT) (OTCQB:TETOF) has announced drill results from multiple gold-bearing structures at the Seventymile Gold Project in Alaska, which the company says indicates the presence of a “robust hydrothermal system.” Results from the 2,587 metre (m), 26-hole Rotary Air Blast (RAB) drilling campaign included 2.07 grams per tonne gold (g/t) gold (Au) over 6.10m at the previously undrilled Flume-Bonanza Zone, as well as 1.37 g/t Au over 19.81m at the Bonanza Zone. The company said the reconnaissance drilling has confirmed the Shear Zone model and has identified targets for follow-up drilling.

Royal Road Minerals Limited (CVE:RYR) announced Thursday that its former CFO Cindy Davis will return to the role following the departure of Aamer Siddiqui. Davis, a veteran financial manager for publicly listed companies through Marrelli Support Services Inc, held the role at Royal Road between December 2015 to June 2018. Outgoing CFO Siddiqui has resigned from Marrelli Support Services, according to a statement from Toronto-based Royal Road thanking him for his services.

QC Copper and Gold Inc (CVE:QCCU) submitted its permit applications for approval to start a 20,000-metre drill program at its Opemiska project in Quebec, it said Thursday. The program is in the works for the area between two past-producing mines, Springer and Perry, with the aim to delineate a new near-surface resource. Toronto-based QC Copper and Gold is anticipating drilling around 75 holes on the 12,782-hectare property.

Biocept Inc (NASDAQ:BIOC) announced Thursday that it has received more than 100,000 samples to date for processing through its RT-PCR technology at its CLIA-certified, CAP-accredited high-complexity molecular laboratory in San Diego. "We are providing COVID-19 testing to a growing list of clients including skilled nursing centers, hospitals, clinics and surgery centers,” CEO Michael Nall said in a statement. “The majority of our customers are located in California, but we are receiving samples from across the country. We are committed to providing this important service during the pandemic and we continue to return the vast majority of COVID-19 test results to our customers within 48 hours of receiving a sample,” Nall added. The CEO noted that the testing demand “will have a significant positive impact on our revenues through the remainder of the year and continuing into 2021.”

Newrange Gold Corp (CVE:NRG) (OTCMKTS:NRGOF) (FRA:X6C) on Thursday provided an update on the reverse circulation (RC) drill program at the Pamlico Gold Project in Nevada. Since commencing the program in late May, the company said it has drilled 65 holes (including two that had to be re-drilled) for a total of 6,538.04 meters (m). Assay results for the last 26 of these holes are still pending. Given this backlog of assays, Newrange said it is taking a short hiatus in the drill program in order to compile the incoming results and plan a follow-up program.

Arizona Silver Exploration Inc (CVE:AZS) (OTCMKTS:AZASF) Thursday announced that it has bought out the existing net smelter return royalty (NSR) on its 100% owned high-grade gold and silver Philadelphia property in Arizona. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.

Valeo Pharma Inc (CSE:VPH) (OTCQB:VPHIF) (FRA:VP2) announced Thursday that it has recently received a Notice of Compliance from Health Canada granting market authorization for Amikacin, an antibiotic used within the hospital setting. The Quebec-based specialty pharmaceutical company also said that shipments of Ethacrynate Sodium have commenced in the US market. "The approval of Amikacin adds to our portfolio of hospital specialty products, an important and growing part of our revenue stream," said CEO Steve Saviuk in a statement. "We are also pleased with the commercial uptake of Ethacrynate Sodium, our first product launched in the U.S. market."

Mandalay Resources Corporation (TSE:MND) (OTCQB:MNDJF) (FRA:R7X2) posted what it called a 'stellar' third quarter, showing the firm has 'turned the corner' financially and operationally, thanks to high metals prices and a continued strong performance from its Costerfield mine in Australia. The miner, which also operates the Björkdal mine in Sweden, said the numbers represented the third straight quarter of improved financials and cash generation and it expects the positive trend to continue.

BevCanna Enterprises Inc (CSE:BEV) (OTCQB:BVNNF) (FRA:7BC) announced the development of a new Beyond Energy all-natural hemp energy drink. The Vancouver-based infused cannabis drinks giant said the new Beyond Energy hemp energy drink launched in partnership with the Naturo Group, will be sold under BevCanna’s flagship house brand, Anarchist Mountain Beverages. Made with natural mineral spring water, Beyond Energy has natural yuzu and lime flavours, caffeine from natural tea, ginseng, B and D vitamins, and hemp seed extract. The company said the partnership with Naturo will bring access to over 3,000 distribution points, and manufacturing expertise.

Ideanomics (NASDAQ:IDEX) (FRA:0V5) announced Thursday it has signed a definitive stock purchase agreement to acquire 100% of privately held Timios Holdings Corp in an all-cash deal. Timios, a nationwide title and settlement solutions provider, has been expanding in recent years through offering innovative and freedom-of-choice-friendly solutions for real estate transactions, including residential and commercial title insurance and closing and settlement services, as well as specialized offerings for the mortgage industry. In a statement, Ideanomics said it expects that Timios will become one of the cornerstones of Ideanomics Capital, its fintech business unit that focuses on leveraging technology and innovation to improve efficiency, transparency, and profitability for the financial services industry. The company noted that Timios combines difficult to obtain licenses, a knowledgeable and experienced team, and a scalable solutions platform to deliver best-in-class service through both centralized processing and a localized branch network. 

New Pacific Metals Corp (CVE:NUAG) (OTCQX:NUPMF) (FRA:3N7) reported third-quarter financial results after the bell Wednesday, revealing C$68.9 million in cash-on-hand to advance its Silver Sand and Silverstrike projects in Bolivia. During the quarter, New Pacific continued to expand the Snake Hole zone at Silver Sand, intersecting 30.9 meters (m) at levels of 159 grams per ton (g/t) of silver, including 12.2m at 354 g/t silver.

American Battery Metals Corporation (OTCQB:ABML), which is in the process of changing its name to American Battery Technology Company (ABTC), has appointed Scott Jolcover as chief resource officer. In a statement Thursday, the company said Jolcover will oversee its land assets and all current claims, as well as potential acquisitions and mergers, and strategic resource partnerships. He assumes his new role on November 22. He has 45 years of experience in mining, gaming, real estate, and construction. Most recently, he was director of development and general site manager for Comstock Mining Inc where he managed all commercial transactions, including land, water, and other major capital expenditures and acquisitions.

Karora Resources Inc (TSE:KRR) (OTCMKTS:KRRGF) (FRA:5RN1) posted strong third-quarter results on Thursday morning that saw the miner deliver revenue of US$59.4 million, thanks to record low all-in-sustaining costs (AISC) at its Higginsville gold operation in Western Australia. The Toronto-based company produced a total of 24,717 gold ounces from Higginsville and Beta Hunt during the three-month period to end September 2020, with AISC coming in at US$1,044 – lower than the firm’s annual guidance of between US$1,050 to US$1,200.

Great Bear Resources Ltd (CVE:GBR) (OTCQX:GTBAF) has announced that the first metallurgical test results from the Hinge Zone, its 100% owned Dixie Project in the Red Lake district of Ontario showed gold recoveries as high as 97%. The company said the gold recovery percentage is similar to those reported from other mines in the Red Lake area. Great Bear added that additional metallurgical test work consisting of sodium cyanide bottle roll tests on samples from the Hinge, Limb and LP Fault zones on the Dixie Project are currently underway. The company said it will also begin gravity circuit recovery tests in 2021.

African Gold Group Inc (CVE:AGG) (OTCMKTS:AGGFF) (FRA:3A61) Thursday said its latest batch of drill results from the Kobada Gold Project in Mali have “exceeded expectations,” as recent infill drilling has “both confirmed grade and extended oxides to greater depths” that should allow the company to upgrade a large portion of its Inferred Resources into the Measured & Indicated category. Its latest drill results included 1.44 grams per tonne (g/t) gold over 68.0 metres (m) from 90.0m to 158.0m, as well as 11.44 g/t gold over 2.0m from 26.0m to 28.0m. 

Yorkville Asset Management has said it recently negotiated and funded a $32 million secured debt facility with investee company Southbridge Health Care LP to help fund the development of five Ontario-based long-term healthcare facilities. The Toronto-based investment company said that the debt facility will be used as the initial equity to start construction along with an additional $100 million facility from Bank of Montreal. The secured financing includes a five-year term, matching BMO’s terms, and carries an annual interest rate of 8.5% as well as an initial structuring fee payable to Yorkville Private Lending LP and the Yorkville Long Term Health Care Fund.
