CytoDyn Inc (OTC.QB:CYDY) announced Monday it has signed an agreement with amfAR, The Foundation for AIDS Research, to test the ability of Vyrologix (leronlimab) to mediate a functional HIV cure. The international organization amfAR plays a vital role in AIDS research by identifying critical gaps in the knowledge of HIV and AIDS and supporting groundbreaking studies, the company said in a statement. CytoDyn said its partnership with amfAR will advance clinical studies to incorporate Vyrologix to mimic a CCR5-deficient stem cell donor and attempt to functionally cure an HIV-positive person receiving a stem cell transplant from a donor expressing CCR5.

Humanigen Inc (NASDAQ:HGEN) late Monday announced that it has established the Humanigen Australia Proprietary Limited for the purpose of developing potential partnering opportunities, facilitate clinical development programs, as well as other corporate and business development activities to increase its market access in the Asia-Pacific region. Humanigen noted that the corporate structure allows for attractive financial incentives supported by the Australian government. The first of these Asia-Pacific business development activities was announced on November 3, with the execution of a licensing agreement for lenzilumab for South Korea and the Philippines.

Killi Ltd (CVE:MYID) (OTCQB:MYIDF) announced Monday that it is partnering with Narrative, the enterprise data streaming company, to bring first-party, compliant data sets to customers committed to the innovative and ethical use of personal data sets. In a statement, Killi said the partnership will give customers direct access via the Narrative data streaming platform to Killi's Fair-Trade Data solution containing comprehensive consumer-approved personal information. 

Great Panther Mining Limited (TSE:GPR) (NYSEAMERICAN:GPL) (FRA:G3U) Monday released updated Mineral Resource estimates for its 100%-owned Guanajuato Mine Complex (GMC)  in Mexico, which showed a 17% increase in the Measured and Indicated (M&I) resource to 10.2 million silver equivalent ounces along with a 10% improvement in grade from 180 to 199 grams per tonne (g/t) silver. The company also noted that its Inferred resource at GMC now contains 18.1 million silver equivalent ounces, more than double the previous estimate. GMC is comprised of the Guanajuato and San Ignacio underground mines and the 1,000 tonne-per-day Cata processing plant.

First Cobalt Corp (CVE:FCC) (OTCQX: FTSSF) has filed a preliminary short form base shelf prospectus with the securities regulators in all Canadian provinces. The filing will allow the company to make offerings of common shares, subscription receipts, warrants, units or any combination for up to a total of C$20 million during a 25-month period. Also, First Cobalt has filed amended and restated audited financial statements for the year-ended December 31, 2019 and interim financial statements for the periods ended March 31, 2020 and June 30, 2020. The statements for December 31, 2019 have been restated to adjust the write down of the Cobalt Camp by $11,945,625, resulting in a decrease in the carrying value of the properties and an increase in the impairment charge recorded for 2019. This adjustment also impacts the carrying value of the properties as of March 31, 2020 and June 30, 2020.

Blackrock Gold Corp (CVE:BRC) (OTCMKTS:BKRRF) (FRA:AHZ) Monday reported that it has encountered "multiple high-grade gold and silver core intercepts" at the Victor Target on its 100% controlled Tonopah West project in Nevada, including 19 grams per tonne (g/t) gold and 1,634 g/t silver over 0.9 metres (m). The company added that another drill hole (TW20-031C) cut 2.9m grading 1081 g/t silver equivalent, which it says could represent a new vein system to the north of the Victor Target. The Victor Target is a multi-vein gold and silver zone that has been drill-defined within an area 210 by 150m, and remains open to the west and down dip. 

Alpine 4 Technologies, Ltd., (OTCQB:ALPP) said that Impossible Aerospace Corporation (IA) has completed the final deliverable on its first $1.5 million contract with the United States Air Force. The SBIR (Small Business Innovation Research) contract financed the testing, delivery and deployment of several Impossible Aerospace US-1 aircraft into an operational defense environment. While several American companies have announced or launched American-built small unmanned aircraft systems (sUAS), the unique endurance, robustness and sensing capabilities of the US-1 aircraft have been put to work protecting the nation's critical defense systems, including its stockpile of nuclear ICBMS across the western United States, the group said.

Loncor Resources Inc (TSE:LN) (OTCQX:LONCF) updated Monday on exploration at the Ngayu greenstone belt in the Democratic Republic of the Congo where it is in joint venture with mining titan Barrick Gold, which has identified new priority drill targets at the Mokepa and Mongaliema areas. The Mokepa target lies in the northern margin, adjacent to the interpreted F2 fold hinge in a setting similar to Barrick’s operating Kibali gold mine, and the first core hole has now started, reported Loncor. Meanwhile, the Mongaliema target lies around 7 kilometres northwest of Loncor’s wholly-owned Makapela project where indicated mineral resources of 614,200 ounces and 549,600 ounces of inferred have already been outlined by Loncor. The joint venture covers around 2,000 square kilometres (sq km) and operator Barrick (which can earn up to 65%) has provided the firm with exploration reports.

Fireweed Zinc Ltd (CVE:FWZ) (OTCMKTS:FWEDF) (FRA:20F) revealed that it has signed two separate agreements to acquire significant large claim blocks on the western extensions of Boundary Zone and the Fertile Corridor in its giant Macmillan Pass project, in Canada’s wild and mountainous Yukon. CEO Brandon Macdonald said these new properties 'represent an intriguing lottery ticket with potential for future big discoveries. The first agreement with QuestEx Gold & Copper Ltd (TSXV:QEX) (OTCMKTS:CLASF) (FRA:16C1) consists of 410 claims covering 74 kilometers (km). These claims cover the immediate western extension of the Fertile Corridor (the Sol Property), as well as several small separate claim blocks with known mineral showings. Fireweed will acquire 100% interest in the properties for C$100,000 and 350,000 shares.

TRACON Pharmaceuticals Inc (NASDAQ:TCON), which develops a clinical-stage pipeline of cancer therapies, announced the publication in the Cancer Cell journal of clinical data that provides molecular insight into its drug TRC102’s mechanism of action. The article, entitled, “Molecular Features of Cancers Exhibiting Exceptional Responses to Treatment,” highlighted the clinical features and tumor biology of an exceptional responder patient treated with TRC102 at the National Cancer Institute. The San Diego company said the patient was diagnosed with metastatic and highly refractory colorectal cancer and received temozolomide (Temodar) and TRC102. Following treatment, the patient was considered an “exceptional responder” through the achievement of a near complete response lasting “45 months." 

Loop Insights Inc (CVE:MTRX) (OTCQB:RACMF) announced Monday a new partnership with VenueNext, the global industry leader in point-of-sale (POS), mobile commerce, and loyalty solutions for every major professional sports league and a number of colleges. In a statement, Loop said it will work with VenueNext to integrate its mobile ordering and payment functionality with Loop’s Real Time Dashboard, which will provide their clients with key insights on fans visiting arenas and stadiums at both the professional and collegiate levels as well as universities, theme parks, and more. Earlier this month, Loop announced the implementation of its “Venue Bubble,” the industry’s first-ever, fully integrated contact tracing, and rapid testing solution, at the Gulf Coast Showcase in Florida hosting 14 NCAA Division 1 men’s and women’s college basketball teams for the next month. Vancouver-based Loop said its Venue Bubble will seamlessly integrate its rapid testing, tracking, and tracing features with VenueNext’s contactless, friction-free mobile payment platform and fan engagement options to facilitate the safest possible reopening of sports venues.

Binovi Technologies Corp (CVE:VISN) (OTCQB:BNVIF) Monday provided a corporate update from its Executive Chairman Terry Booth, who said active users of the company's Binovi Platform continue to grow and several orders for its VIMA Rev Strobe Lenses have been fulfilled. Booth said in a statement: "Based on current performance and our experience and feedback from users, we expect to have a strong upcoming fiscal year. Our new technologies and acquisitions are primed to move us forward and bring greater innovation, better results for our users, and increased revenues for the company. GR Silver Mining Ltd (CVE:GRSL) (OTCQB:GRLSF) (FRA:GPE) has defined a new mineralized zone at the San Juan area of its flagship Plomosas silver project in Mexico. The new zone, called the Yecora Vein, includes results from a 2020 drilling program as well as a reinterpretation of historical drill results from the area, according to the company. Results from 29 shallow core drill holes revealed a zone measuring around 500 metres along strike and open in both directions that includes polymetallic, epithermal vein-style mineralization from two to five metres wide. Highlights of the results reported from San Juan include 5.5 metres at 332 grams per ton (g/t) silver equivalent (AgEq), including 1.5 metres at 1,112 g/t AgEq, and 19 metres at 297 AgEq.

Nabis Holdings Inc (CSE:NAB) (OTCMKTS:NABIF) (FRA:A2PL) announced Monday that it has agreed with its key stakeholders a deal to recapitalize the cannabis company’s outstanding debt. The Vancouver-based firm said it has entered into a support agreement with holders of its C$35 million principal amount 8% unsecured convertible debt. A proposal was submitted to the official receiver cancelling all of Nabis’s outstanding shares, warrants, stock options and equity claims on the company, which will be extinguished once the proposal is implemented. In return, Nabis will issue and pay each creditor a pro rata share of 3.7 million new shares and new 5.3% first lien notes amounting to C$23 million, due in 2022.

Bam Bam Resources Corp (CSE:BBR) (OTCPINK:NPEZD) updated Monday on exploration at its flagship Majuba Hill property in Nevada where the firm is awaiting assays from three deep core holes, now completed, and it is finalizing work for next year. The holes were sunk for a combined total of 1,499.6 metres (m) depth in a bid to expand the sulfide copper porphyry mineralization found in historic drilling and extend the known oxide mineralization. Notably, "quick-logging" of the core on site was encouraging, the firm said, with copper oxide, disseminated sulfides, sulfides in stockwork veins, and native copper observed.

Algernon Pharmaceuticals Inc (CSE:AGN) (FRA:AGW) (OTCQB:AGNPF) announced Monday that it has now enrolled 154 patients in its multinational Phase 2b/3 human study of NP-120 (Ifenprodil) for the treatment of COVID-19.  Due to attrition, which is a common occurrence in clinical trials, the company said it has decided to increase the total number of patients in the study to 168 to compensate. As a result, the company will be adding an additional 14 patients before it announces that enrollment in the study has closed.

African Gold Group Inc (CVE:AGG) has told investors that a reinterpretation of airborne data at its flagship Kobada gold project in Southern Mali augurs well for a potential expanding of the resource there. In an exploration update on Monday, the firm said it had now delineated 55 kilometres (km) of shear zones across the Kobada, Faraba and Kobada Est concessions at the property - 80% more than the 30km previously. The explorer also invited shareholders and the general public to join the team for a live webinar on November 25 to discuss its ongoing 10,000 metre (m) drilling program. CytoDyn Inc (OTCQB:CYDY), a biotechnology company developing leronlimab (PRO 140) for multiple indications, revealed that it has achieved the enrollment of 293 patients with severe-to-critical coronavirus (COVID-19) symptoms, meeting the criteria for a second interim analysis by the Data Safety Monitoring Committee (DSMC). The Vancouver, Washington-based company said that after the first interim analysis, the DSMC requested a second one of all data after enrollment had reached 293 patients or 75% of the total patients for the trial. An interim analysis will review patient mortality and other clinical outcome data between the two study arms — leronlimab versus placebo.

Rideshare Rental, Inc., formerly YayYo, Inc (OTCMKTS:YAYO), a leading provider of vehicles to the rideshare and delivery gig economy industry, has announced that it is getting into the electric vehicle (EV) space with a model that will generate revenues and profits upon its launch. "We have been working on an EV strategy for the rideshare space and car-sharing space for a while now," Ramy El-Batrawi, RideShare CEO said in a statement. "We are excited that we are finally launching the first 40 EV vehicles in December. Working with a few partners in this space has allowed us to fulfill a goal the company had. With funding and infrastructure coming in from our partners, we were able to make great strides both in the technology and the deployment of the vehicles.”

Ideanomics (NASDAQ:IDEX) said it has increased its stake in California-based battery-powered electric tractors maker Solectrac, Inc. through a follow-on investment of an additional $1.3 million. The additional investment reflects investment interest in Solectrac by ESG funds which is expected to close in the coming weeks. On October 22, 2020, Ideanomics revealed that it acquired 14.7% of Solectrac, Inc. for the consideration of $1.3 million. Since that announcement, Solectrac experienced an increase in product and investment inquiries, the group said. The recent investment increases Ideanomics ownership in Solectrac to 24%, which will reduce to approximately 22% post-money once the additional third-party investment is finalized.

PreveCeutical Medical Inc (CSE:PREV) (OTCQB:PRVCF) (FRA:18H) has filed a provisional patent application in Australia with the aim of seeking protection for certain cannabinoid formulations to prevent and treat the COVID-19 disease caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus. "This patent is a very important patent addition to our library of intellectual properties (IP),” said CEO Stephen Van Deventer in a statement Monday. “The provisional application filing for this application will protect our cannabinoid Sol-gel IP as we prepare for clinical trials and commercialization of this formulation." The Vancouver-based company said it is not making any express or implied claims that its product has the ability to eliminate, cure, or contain COVID-19 at this time. 

Bragg Gaming Group Inc (CVE:BRAG) (OTCMKTS:BRGGF) (FRA:SL4A) saw its revenue grow by 72% year-over-year to C$18.1 million (€11.7 million) in 3Q 2020 after expanding its online gaming business through Europe and Latin America. In its quarterly results posted Monday, Bragg touted adjusted EBITDA of C$2.8 million in the quarter compared to $0.3 million in the comparable period a year ago, with significantly higher margins of 15.7% as a result of improved cost control and higher scale.

NexTech AR Solutions (OTCQB:NEXCF) (CSE:NTAR) (FRA:N29), a virtual and augmented reality (AR) company, announced Monday that it has acquired the event management platform Map Dynamics. The company, based in Athens, Georgia, offers a consolidated set of self-service event management tools through its event home base technology, coupled with dedicated support teams to create virtual, in-person or hybrid events. The deal cost NexTech C$780,000 in cash up-front, with a 12-month potential earn-out of another C$525,000.

(PSC), its flagship cultivation asset located in Delta, British Columbia has received an agriculture loan to bring its cannabis cultivation to market and continue Phase 1 of the company’s cultivation strategy. As part of the loan, the group's Delta Facility will receive $5,000,000 which will provide full funding to the licensed cultivation areas and will allow the PSC team to bring their first crop of low cost, high potency cannabis to market, on a wholesale basis, in Q1 2021.

The company also announced that it has granted an aggregate of 7,800,000 stock options to purchase up to 7,800,000 common shares of the company to certain directors, officers, employees and consultants of the company. 6,900,000 of the Options granted vest immediately upon the grant and are exercisable for a period of 1 year from the date of grant at a price of $0.40 per common share. 300,000 of the options vest as to 25% quarterly and are exercisable for a period of 2 years from the date of grant at a price of $0.40 per common share. 300,000 of the options vest subjects to the achievement of certain milestones and are exercisable for a period of 2 years from the date of grant at a price of $0.40 per common share. None of the securities acquired in the grant or the debt settlement are subject to a hold period.

Clean Seed Capital Group Ltd (CVE:CSX) said the TSX Venture Exchange has accepted the extension of the expiry date of 1.98 million bonus warrants with an exercise price of 50 cents per share. The bonus warrants were issued in consideration for a $990,000 promissory note. The due date of the promissory note has been extended from October 31, 2020, to January 31, 2021, and the expiry date of bonus warrants has been extended to January 31, 2021.

DXI Capital Corp. (CVE:DXI.H) said that it has issued 100,153 shares at a deemed price of $0.475 per share to settle a total of $47,572.68 in debt owed to various creditors. The shares are subject to a statutory hold period expiring on March 20, 2021. The remaining balance of 355,894 shares will be issued upon receipt of confirmation by the company that one of the former officers has made the required tax remittances on the salary debt being settled.
