KULR Technology Group Inc (OTCQB:KULR) said that a report by the Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWCCD) validates the effectiveness of the company’s battery safety technology. The San Diego-based company said the NSWCCD report confirms that “KULR’s thermal management solutions can prevent cell-to-cell propagation.” These findings mirror test results from other government and private test authorities. KULR developed its cooling technology with help from NASA for regulating extreme temperatures of sensitive components in space. Today, the company has manufactured custom-designed heat sinks (channels heat away) and thermal management products for two NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory space missions — Mars Perseverance Rover and the return to the Moon in 2025.

Arizona Silver Exploration Inc (CVE:AZS) (OTCMKTS:AZASF) has arranged a non-brokered private placement offering of up to 4,714,286 units at $0.35 cents each for gross proceeds of up to $1.65 million. Each unit will consist of one common share and one-half of a purchase warrant. And each warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one additional common share for $0.55 for five years following closing. In the event that the closing price of the shares on the TSX Venture Exchange is $0.60 or greater per common share during any five consecutive trading day period, the warrants will expire at 4 pm PT on the 30th day after the date on which the company provides notice of such accelerated expiry to the warrant holders. The company plans to use the proceeds of the private placement for further exploration of the Philadelphia Property in Arizona, and the advancement of further upcoming projects, as well as for general working capital purposes.

CleanSpark Inc (NASDAQ:CLSK) reported that it has agreed to acquire Bitcoin miner ATL Data Centers, LLC for up to $19.4 million in CleanSpark stock. CleanSpark said the acquisition will provide a profitable, full-scale demonstration facility for the company to maximize energy efficiency and integrate renewables for power-intensive applications such as high-density data centers and Bitcoin mining.

Innocan Pharma Corporation (CSE:INNO) announced the completion of the registration of its trademarks: Innocan Pharma, Relief & Go and SHIR in the European Union, UK and Switzerland. The trademarks represent Innocan's over the counter and derma cosmetic brand products that were recently launched in the German and UK markets. "We are excited to have a registered trademark for our brands in time to allow us to initiate the sales effort in the EU, UK and Switzerland,” said Innocan CEO Iris Bincovich. "This is another way that we have added value to the company that will be recognized in 2021."

Nextleaf Solutions Ltd (CSE:OILS) (OTCQB:OILFF) announced Thursday it has entered into a cannabis extraction services agreement with a licensed producer that operates production and distribution facilities across Canada. In addition, the company said it received its 11th US patent, this time for technology involving ultrasonic cannabinoid extraction using a non-flammable co-solvent. Under the services agreement, the client will provide cannabis biomass to be processed into THC distillate at Nextleaf's processing facility. Nextleaf also noted that the pricing and value of the deal are based upon the volume of distillate produced by Nextleaf Labs from the client's cannabis biomass. The extraction services are paid in cash and are based on a minimum of 1,000 kilograms of dried marijuana per service order.

Founded in 1979, Jupiter, Florida-based Dyadic’s C1 gene expression platform specializes in enzymes and protein production more efficiently than competing methods. The company leverages its proprietary C1 expression system to help bring biologic vaccines, therapeutic enzymes, proteins, biosimilars and drugs to market faster and at a lower cost. The first shipments of Covid-19 vaccines could be just days away, as the Pfizer/BioNTech and Moderna shots await regulatory approval.

Shares in Medallion Resources Ltd (CVE:MDL) (OTCQB:MLLOF) (FRA:MRDN) surged on Thursday as the group noted the recent rapid rise in magnetic rare earths prices as it awaits a key techno-economic assessment of its planned extraction plant in the US. Medallion has developed a process to achieve low-cost, rare-earth element (REE) production by exploiting monazite, which is widely available as a by-product from mineral sand mining. In November this year, the company said it had hired an independent Australian engineering consultancy to complete a techno-economic assessment of its Medallion Monazite Process, which will provide commercial capital and operating cost estimates for the extraction facility.

Alchemist Mining Inc (CSE:AMS) announced Thursday that it has forged an asset purchase agreement (APA) with All Nations Cannabis Corporation to acquire six real estate leases and subleases located on First Nations territory in an all-stock deal. Earlier this year, the Vancouver-based company signed a non-binding letter of intent (LOI) for the acquisition. In a statement, Alchemist said the deal will include a built-out late stage 30,000 square-foot cultivation facility on several acres of leased land with more buildings on individual parcels of leased property.

District Metals Corp (CVE:DMX) (FRA:DFPP) announced that it intends to raise up to C$3 million via a private placement in an agreement with Haywood Securities Inc, which will act as the sole lead agent. District Metals said net proceeds from the offering will be used for exploration at its Tomtebo project in Sweden, and for working capital and general corporate purposes.

WeedMD Inc (CVE:WMD) (OTCQX:WDDMF) (FRA:4WE) announced Thursday that its Color Cannabis cultivar, Pedro’s Sweet Sativa, has been awarded Top Sativa Flower in Canada. Chosen by over 150 retail budtenders from across the country, the awards were organized by KIND Magazine, Canada’s pre-eminent premium cannabis lifestyle magazine, WeedMD said. The list of winners is available in the publication’s December 2020 issue, with an estimated circulation of 1.2 million readers. Budtenders from licensed cannabis retail stores throughout Canada were invited to nominate and vote for their favorite cannabis products and brands across 22 separate categories in the largest consumer-facing cannabis awards in Canadian history. 

Vox Royalty Corp (CVE:VOX) (OTCMKTS:VOXCF) updated Thursday on activity by its royalty operating partners, including the strong potential for the start of mining at the Bulong open pit gold mine in Western Australia by the Black Cat Syndicate Ltd (ASX:BC8) next year. At Bulong, Vox holds a 1% net smelter royalty (NSR) royalty. In November this year, Black Cat released a study, summarizing its aim to construct a 500,000 tonnes per annum (tpa) processing facility, targeting the start of Stage 1 open pit mining at the Myhree deposit (royalty-linked) in the December 2021 quarter and full production in the March 2022 quarter.

Klondike Gold Corp.(CVE:KG) (OTCMKTS:KDKGF) reported that it has completed its Phase 4 drill program targeting the Lone Star Zone, which is part of the company’s wholly-owned 586 square kilometer Klondike District Property in Canada’s Yukon Territory. The company said the objective of the drill program was to test for mineralization that would aid in its efforts to establish a maiden mineral resource.

TRACON Pharmaceuticals Inc (NASDAQ:TCON), which develops a clinical-stage pipeline of cancer therapies, announced Thursday the dosing of the first patient in the ENVASARC registration trial to treat soft-tissue sarcoma cancer. The pivotal study, which will involve 25 top cancer centers in the US, will assess the potential of envafolimab as a single agent and in combination with monoclonal antibody Yervoy (ipilimumab), which is used to treat late-stage, metastatic melanoma. “We are pleased to initiate dosing in the ENVASARC registration trial of envafolimab in sarcoma,” said Dr Sant Chawla, director of the Sarcoma Oncology Center in Santa Monica. 

Gevo Inc (NASDAQ:GEVO) (FRA:ZGV3) announced Thursday it has supplied its sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) to the aviation industry in the Pacific Northwest, by way of its customer and global fuel supplier, Avfuel Corporation. Avfuel delivered SAF to Leading Edge Jet Center, a fixed base operator (FBO) and provider of business aviation services throughout the region, at its Seattle facility. The delivery marks the first load of sustainable aviation fuel to an FBO at the King County International Airport - Boeing Field in Seattle for resale to its customers, as well as Avfuel’s entry to SAF deliveries in Washington state.

Bragg Gaming Group Inc (CVE:BRAG) (OTCMKTS:BRGGF) said it intends to raise up to C$3 million in a private placement offered exclusively to its board members and employees. Bragg Gaming noted that Chairman Richard Carter and other members of the company’s executive team will purchase up to $2 million of the proposed private placement, with certain other senior officers and directors expected to buy the remaining $1 million.

QC Copper and Gold Inc (CVE:QCCU) announced that it has successfully received permits from the government of Quebec for its 20,000-metre drill program at its Opemiska project. The program is in the works for the area between two past-producing mines, Springer and Perry, with the aim to delineate a new near-surface resource. Toronto-based QC Copper and Gold is anticipating drilling around 75 holes on the 12,782-hectare property.

Vendetta Mining Corp (CVE:VTT) (OTCMKTS:VDTAF) said it has closed the second tranche of its previously announced private placement with a total of 5,500,207 units being issued at a price of $0.06 per unit for gross proceeds of $330,012. Each unit is consists of one share and one-half of one share purchase warrant exercisable for three years at a price of $0.09. Together with the proceeds from the first tranche, the Canadian junior exploration company has issued 15,083,535 units for a total of $905,012. All securities issued are subject to a four-month hold period from the date of closing of the placement. The funds will be used to advance the development of the company's 100% owned Pegmont lead-zinc project and as general working capital.

Permex Petroleum Corporation (CSE:OIL) (OTCMKTS:OILCF) announced a strategic move to divest its Central Basin property for around US$1.31 million in cash, prior to customary closing adjustments. The junior oiler has struck a deal with an arm's-length Texas-based, private oil and gas firm over the sale, which has an effective date of October 1 this year and is expected to close on December 18.

Japan Gold Corp (CVE:JG) (OTCQB:JGLDF) updated Thursday on the progress of its alliance with Barrick Gold Corp (NYSE:GOLD), which has seen significant work done and is expected to lead to the identification of new prospective gold areas in the Asian country. The alliance was formed to jointly explore, develop, and mine certain gold projects and properties and covers 30 out of the company's 32 projects in Japan.

Lexaria Bioscience Corp (CSE:LXX) (OTCMKST:LXRP) announced Thursday that it has closed the sale of its non-pharmaceutical THC-related assets. The biotechnology company has agreed last month to sell the assets owned by its subsidiary Lexaria Canpharm ULC for C$3.85 million to Hill Street Beverage Company Inc (CVE:BEER), in which Lexaria owns a large position. Lexaria said the asset sale was one of the larger objectives needed as the company seeks to list its securities on a national US securities exchange. 

Killi Ltd (CVE:MYID) (OTCQB:MYIDF), a startup company paying users for their data, was featured in Business Insider last month. CEO Neil Sweeney discussed what the company is calling the Killi Paycheck, a recurring way users can earn money passively every month. Killi pays users to share location, shopping, browsing and spending data. It sells that data, and splits the profits with users 50/50.

ImagineAR Inc (CSE:IP) (OTCQB:IPNFF), which creates augmented reality (AR) technology, revealed on Thursday that it has struck a partnership agreement with Indian superstar singer Ananya Birla to spearhead ImagineAR’s consumer launch in India. With over 350 million streams of her songs on streaming platforms, 26-year-old Birla is a household name in India. She is the first homegrown artist to go Platinum with an English language track in India and achieving this multiple times. The singer-songwriter shuttles between Mumbai and Los Angeles, where she is signed to Maverick Management. Aurania Resources Ltd (CVE:ARU) (OTCQB:AUIAF) (FRA:20Q) said it was now preparing for scout drilling at the Tsenken N1 target at its Lost Cities - Cutucu project in Ecuador, which it believes is part of a second iron oxide copper-gold (IOCG) system. "While we are completing the scout drilling of the Tsenken N2 and N3 targets, we are setting up for drilling the next target on the list - Tsenken N1. Scout drilling at Tsenken N2 and N3 identified an IOCG system, the first recognized in Ecuador," said Dr Keith Barron, the CEO of Aurania. "We are applying this concept to our drilling of Tsenken N1, which we believe is part of a second IOCG system in this area. Thereafter, the plan is to drill a portion of the 15-kilometre-long silver-rich system at Tiria-Shimpia."

Versus Systems Inc (CSE:VS) (OTCQB:VRSSF) (FRA:BMVA) revealed it was consolidating its shares to aid a potential listing on NASDAQ.  In a statement on Thursday, the tech group, which has developed a proprietary in-game prizing and promotions engine, said its board had approved a 1:16 reverse stock split, which will take effect on the close of trade on December 14. It means every current 16 company shares will be converted into one share, reducing the firm's issued and outstanding shares to around 10.3 million from around 166 million today.

Media Central Corporation Inc (CSE:FLYY) (FRA:3AT) said it has entered into a letter of intent (LOI) to acquire media and marketing services company Lazarus Bleau Incorporated, which is expected to boost Media Central’s audience to more than 7.2 million readers monthly. The company also reported that it has appointed Lazarus Bleau executive Larry Bleau as its new CEO and has promoted Kirk MacDonald to the role of President.  

Vuzix Corporation (NASDAQ:VUZI) (FRA:V7XN) revealed that leading alternative energy group CH Four Biogas has begun deploying the company's M400 Smart Glasses to allow field operators to carry out remote site inspections, thereby reducing the green-focused group's carbon footprint. Using the technology allows operators to use the "see-what-I-see" feature to allow an inspector hundreds of miles away to perform the inspection of a plant.

Hill Street Beverage Company Inc (CVE:BEER) said the TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation an asset purchase agreement dated November. 18, 2020, between Lexaria Canpharm ULC and the company, under which the company will purchase substantially all of the assets of the vendor. Among the different assets purchased in connection with this transaction, the company will acquire a portfolio of patents, technology and intellectual property that will allow the company to manufacture certain cannabis-infused products. As total consideration, the company will provide the vendor a total of $3.85 million.

Eric Sprott announces that today, he donated 11,033,000 common shares of Klondike Gold Corp. (CVE:KG) held by 2176423 Ontario Ltd., a corporation he beneficially owns) to The Sprott Foundation (which he controls). Prior to the donation of these shares, Sprott beneficially owned and controlled 11,033,000 shares representing approximately 8.3% of the outstanding shares on a non-diluted basis; he still controls  these 11,033,000 shares. As a result of the previous share issuances by Klondike Gold, Sprott's beneficial ownership and control of shares decreased to below 10% of the outstanding shares. Nabis Holdings Inc (CSE: NAB) (OTCMKTS:NABIF) (FRA:A2PL) has amended a proposal to recapitalize its outstanding convertible debentures and all other debts. The company said the amended proposal was made with the support of the holders of debentures. Currently, outstanding are C$35 million principal amount of 8% unsecured debentures.
