Alpine 4 Holdings Inc announced that subsidiary ElecJet has revealed its AX and G-AX Class of solid-state batteries. 

Also, it said ElecJet has completed an initial demonstration product run of its AX Class 31Ah Solid-State Batteries. The company will be distributing these batteries as test samples to various corporations upon request.

"What our team of engineers has achieved is a testament to the talented individuals we work with,” said ElecJet President Samuel Gong in a statement. “Unlike the competitors in the solid-state space, we are not just building prototypes, we are actually in production, and can deliver our batteries to companies seeking this solution today. We look forward to sharing the location of our US-based production facility in the coming months."

Alpine 4 Holdings Inc said that its subsidiaries Vayu Aerospace Corporation (Vayu), ElecJet and Quality Circuit Assembly (QCA) have successfully incorporated ElecJet's Solid-State Battery into a new battery assembly capable of delivering 1.55 kilowatts of power, known as the Vayu A4M1 Power System.

The A4M1 is nearly 2.5 times more powerful than its current lithium-ion power pack and can extend the G1's vertical flight capabilities with heavier payloads, Alpine 4 said in a statement.

Alpine 4 Holdings Inc has announced the formation of RCA Batteries Corporation, a joint venture between its RCA Commercial and ElecJet subsidiaries. 

The company explained that RCA Batteries will reside under RCA Commercial and will operate as the manufacturer and distributor of the ElecJet family of graphene batteries. Elecjet will continue as a manufacturer of electronic components, a research and development company, and the legal entity holding the company's intellectual property, including patents and software copyrights. Samuel Gong will be the president of RCA Batteries while remaining as president of ElecJet, it added.

Alpine 4 Holdings Inc CEO Kent Wilson tells Proactive hat it has acquired RCA Commercial Electronics (RCA) and its operating entity, DTI Services. The company noted that Indianapolis, Indiana-based RCA is the continuance of the US-based legacy conglomerate RCA Corporation which dominated the electronics industry in the 20th century. Wilson says the group has several products that will come to market in 2022 with the RCA name on it.
